Language Services: translation, editing, proofreading; content development; interpreting; plain language consulting; quality assurance and control services such as testing, leading focus groups, assessing professionals, and working with engineers to address internationalization issues.

Project Management: distributing, supervising, and reviewing work done by in-house and freelance specialists; terminology and translation memory management; developing key accounts through quality, efficiency, and client communication;

Leadership: building and managing translation teams for diverse projects; training professionals in different roles; developing process standards and style guides for internal use and for end clients; working with in‑country teams to ensure project success through input and feedback.

Education: Teaching Spanish, grammar, linguistics, translation, translation technology, project management, terminology, and localization courses; curriculum developing; launching a brand new degree, using existing resources in new ways to welcome a different set of candidates to the school.
